今天放学回来终于有时间做年饼了。按照我们广东人的习俗,在新年的时候要在神座尤其地主公那里,放多多的祭品来祭拜,希望地主公保佑来年可以顺顺利利过生活,因此今天就选做FB社友分享的果酱牛油饼,红咚咚的饼干很有喜气,地主公一定会喜欢,O(∩_∩)O~
材料:
材料:
A.牛油 250g
糖粉 120g
盐 1/4小匙
糖粉 120g
盐 1/4小匙
B.一粒蛋黄
vanilla 香精 一小匙

做法:
把A打均加入B拌均,加入C拌均.
放入纸袋擀出自己要的厚度,放入冰箱冷藏15分钟,拿出模型粘粉压出形状放在铺了油纸的烤盘上在中间挤上适量果酱.预热烤箱150度烘20-25分钟至熟(各个烤箱温度不同,需自行拿捏)冷却后就能收罐子保存. 可以在饼罐里放几颗方块糖,可以保持酥脆和吸湿的做用.
