明天我们的马来文节有听写,通常我都会跟小朋友说如果大家的听写成绩都很好的话,那么我就做饼干给大家吃,他们听了通常都会很高兴,回家就会把听写读好,而我就在家把饼干做好,在下课的时候请他们吃。
小朋友的心是纯洁的,小小的奖励就能让他们发愤图强,小小的奖励就能让他们心满意足,希望在这样的互动下,小朋友的成绩越来越进步!
今天我就做巧克力饼干请他们吃,面团的巧克力香气很浓郁,得空的时候我要做来送给朋友当着是新年的礼物! O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
材料: 160 克牛油 100克糖粉 1颗鸡蛋
250克低筋面粉 20克可可粉
做法
1 牛油加入糖粉拌打均匀,加入鸡蛋拌匀,再加入其余材料拌成团。
2 盖好,放入冰箱冷藏1小时。
3 取出面团,杆成5mm厚片,用饼模切割造型,排放在烤盘上。
4 送入预热烤箱,以170度烤20分钟或至熟,即可取出待冷收藏。
Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
160g butter 100g icing sugar 1 knot of egg 250g low protein flour
20g cocoa powder
Method
1 Cream butter and icing sugar until well combined . Add egg and mix well. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix into a dough.
2 Cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
3 Remove the dough from the fridge and roll into 5 mm thick sheet. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Place onto a baking tray.
4 Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 20 minutes or untill golden brown. Remove and leave to cool before storing.
